The Robert Harbin Fund
The “Robert Harbin Fund” is a fund held by the Society with the specific purpose of helping people financially to participate in origami. It is of course named after our first President and founder member Robert Harbin. This assistance could take the form of helping with the costs of joining or re-joining the Society (for you or a nominated person), or attending a convention or origami event. We can also make donations or gifts of books or paper from the fund to community organisations e.g. hospitals or school origami club etc. If cost is an issue in you or others doing origami, please get in touch as we may be able to provide some assistance. Requests will be treated in the strictest confidence.
For more information, see the Robert Harbin Fund page on this site. Don’t hesitate to contact us to make an application. Email the Chair directly or use the contact page on this site. Please consider it.
If you wish to make a donation to the Robert Harbin Fund – to be used as set out above – you can donate via the Robert Harbin Fund page also.
